I don't have many friends.

My wife's family, my off-road brothers — that's it. Fewer than ten people.
If the heart isn't good, I don't sit with them.
The work
By day I am Vice President of PeraFin, a Singapore-based RegTech company under Blitz IT Consultants, working across the APAC market.
I read Computer Science at the University of Sheffield, in the UK.
The fifteen years since have been finance, banking, risk management and technology.
As a project director in banking I ran large software rollouts across several countries, sitting with CEOs and their executives while the budgets and the deadlines were decided.
That is the job. This is where I write.
I wrote a short book about how I started. It's here.
I work with a few people privately.
I don't advertise it, and I don't take many.
I'm not a teacher. I'm one step further along than you are. What I know, I share. What I trip over, I document.
Once a fortnight, one true story — from a trail, from a desk at 5am, from a hospital corridor.
Not a guru. Just someone a stretch further down the road.
